Dear Homeowner,

This is a notice from Herriman Towne Center HOA regarding the upcoming 2023 annual meeting. The annual meeting will be broadcast live via Zoom (registration details below). The meeting will be held on November 14th, 2023, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will address HOA financials, budgets, assessments, and changes to rules and policies.

To participate in the meeting, you will first need to register for it by visiting www.HerrimanTowneCenter.com/register and following the link on the page. Comments and questions you’d like covered in the meeting can be added to the questions and comments section on the registration page. Once registered you will receive an email confirmation with the meeting link and a calendar link. Meeting handouts will be made available through the homeowner portal prior to the meeting start date. During the meeting, homeowners will have the opportunity to make public comments after each topic is presented.

2023 annual assessments are due on January 1st. An invoice for the annual assessment with payment instructions will be sent in December, following the annual meeting, to the email or mailing address on file. Please take the time to update your mail and communication preferences in the homeowner portal or by contacting management. If your Master HOA assessments are collected and paid through your Neighborhood HOA, you will not receive an invoice for the annual assessment.
